Q:  Is TruLuv.com really free? Do I need a credit card to contact members on TruLuv.com?
A:  TruLuv.com is completely free! No credit card is required to contact members or use any of the features on our website.
 
Q:  I forgot my username or password. How do I retrieve it?
A:  Click here to obtain your username and reset your password.
 
Q:  I haven't received my account activation code. How do I get it?
A:  First, check your spam or junk folders to be sure that your account activation email didn't automatically get placed into one of these folders. You can request that your activation code be resent by clicking here. If you still haven't received your activation code, contact us providing the e-mail address you used to sign up, and we'd be happy to manually activate the account for you.

A:  You must sign in to your account if you have not done so already. After you have logged on, click here and follow the instructions to cancel your account. Your account and profile will initially be deactivated. After 90 days, your account and profile will be permanently deleted.
